What is your return policy?

 At this time we do not accept returns, but do offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like to exchange an item please email us at hello@ruffledlane.com

 

How should I care for my ribbon?

 Due to the nature of silk please handle gently. You may hand wash and line dry your ribbon and use warm iron to get rid of wrinkles if needed. Note that minimal shrinking of silk is possible when using heat. Natural fraying of the fabric is possible over time. Store your ribbon on the spool provided. 

 

Do you take custom orders?

 Yes! Custom orders are available for colors, yardage needed, and width. !The process is easy and quite fun! Please email Michelle at hello@ruffledlane.com for more details. Please note that there is a fee involved and custom color orders can take up to a month to ship.  

Do you allow for pickup of ribbon in the Richmond, VA area?

 Yes! If you are here locally in Richmond then you can absolutely pick up your ribbon order instead of having it shipped. Please place your order with me via email (hello@ruffledlane.com) and from there we will schedule a pick up time. 

 

Is rush shipping available?

 Yes. Rush shipping is available if product needed is in stock If rush shipping is needed please email me directly. An extra fee of $25.00 will be added. 

 

Do you offer ribbon for styled shoots? 

 At this time, we do not offer free ribbon for styled shoots. Normal pricing will apply.
